For clients located in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws may also apply and take precedence where they provide greater protection.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in the individual service contract. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• You must cease all use of our proprietary content
• Outstanding payment obligations remain in effect
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Changes to Terms
